I had to approach them again to remind them to assist me, highlighting a significant flaw in their service efficiency.

Called support on Tuesday they said give it 24hrs. Called support Wednesday they said give it 48hrs. Called the store back today and no body answered, left a message and they advised someone would call me back today, did they? No

I went there today and was told to wait 26 mins in line to be served so I waited 35 mins and then walked back into the store to see 3 employees talking to each other… This is the third time I’ve been into the store and very similar things have happened
