  Pretty sure if they staffed this place with elderly people I'd get less attitude and the drink I actually ordered. If this had happened once it would be seen as just a mistake. Too many times now, won't be back (to any of their stores).

  I kindly ordered my boost, my usual watermelon crush. As I was waiting for my drink 5 minutes had gone past still waiting at this point. One lady worker had been talking about a party and what she was going to do that night and things like that was distracting all the other workers, while they were doing their' job and I had continued to wait while she is still chatting away doing squat all... So I watch them make my drink and they had put half of scoop of sorbet and 2 and 1/2 cups of ice along with the flavouring... One of the guys puts it on the blender and they put it in a cup and chuck the lid on. Once I got my drink I had asked why it was so liquidy and the lady that was distracting the workers says, "I can make it thicker if you want" and said yes please. So the next second she chucks another scoop of ice into it puts on the blender puts it back into the same cup... and literally chucks it on the bench infront of me... I still wasn't happy with the quality of it, it was still liquidy. As soon as I try to look at her badge so I can get her name and report her for the whole situation of rudeness, she turns around and rolls her eyes, which was so innapropriate at the time being... While she had her back to me I said excuse me she ignored... Then she was chatting away finishing the conversation about the party.
  
  Of all remarks definately not happy with that person serving me or happy with her attitude.
