  The customer service wasn't particularly great, but it was okay. More importantly though, I'm not confident at all in the quality of the lenses I received. Prescription issues aside (I believe my left lens is not correct), I paid a tidy sum for what I was assured were thin, high quality lenses with an anti-scratch coating. After only a few months of normal use, the lenses have a bunch of tiny little scratches that cause mild irritation with lights. I only ever take my glasses off to sleep or shower and I work from home, so no real opportunity for them to get scratched through an anti-scratch coating. Honestly, I came here because I figured I would get a higher quality service or product (which is very much reflected in the price at OPSM), but I do not feel that was the case and will not be coming back. If you're going to upsell something and charge accordingly, it'd be nice if the customer could be confident in the service and product they're receiving at the end of it.

  Very disappointed, I specifically asked for thin lenses as my prescription was strong, also made it very clear to the lady who I dealt with I did NOT want any type of tinting on my lenses, just wanted normal clear ones. Paid $650 out of pocket, I was so disappointed when I received the glasses, the lenses were so thick, when I asked her why I had paid more for thinner lenses yet had been given thicker ones than the ones I had, she told me it was because of the frames I had chosen - could she not of told me that when I was ordering them? She said because they weren't full frames it would mean a thicker lens, what was the point in paying the extra for thinner ones then?? When I asked why they had been tinted after specifically asking for them not to be - I was told it was because of the anti scratch coating - why did they not tell me that they would appear tinted with the anti scratch coating and I would have said no. Stuck with a pair of glasses that sit in a drawer. Like the expression goes "Should have gone to Specsavers" First and last time I go to OPSM. :( Unfortunately had to give it one star as it wouldn't allow me to post it without any rating at all.

  I had great service here. My wife is one fussy women and pretty much spent half a day choosing her glasses. The lady who was dealing with her was very patient and professional was not pushy what so ever to purchase glasses. The optometrists were both fantastic full of knowledge and took the time to explain how it all works. All an All 10 out of 10. Great Work!!

  Would not recommend. Very impatient and rude lady “helping” me pick some glasses. Asked a simple question about if a different colour was available and she became snappy and condescending towards me very quickly. Needless to say I didn’t purchase any glasses from here.
