  After years of loyally supporting this store and spend a considerable amount equipping my kitchen i had my first time to return an item due to a defected in the non slip surface and well never been to disgusted by the customer service if you can call it that i received, i was accused and abused in front of my son and i will NEVER shop at HOUSE ever again. PLEASE do you self a favor do not shop here, it might be fine while you are paying but if you ever have an issue they will not honor any warrantee willing and be prepare for the roughest customer service you have ever seen

  I went into house looking for a birthday present for my wife and was greeted by a lovely employee by the name of Shannon. She was extremely helpful and her knowledge of products was second to none. She guided me to the best present I could find

  After purchase at counter we questioned the price as we thought it was 50% as stated in large writing and missed the small writing on 2nd item. We apologised and said it to expensive and asked for refund. She abruptly stated "NO REFUNDS". We had just made a purchase mistake and still had the card out and couldn't believe the rude service from a person that clearly shouldn't be in her position, we used to shop heaps in House but never again

  Absolutely discussing by staff been rudly accused of not signing in using the safe WA app! She rudly told me she watched me and I didn't sign in. She made me reopen my phone to prove which I had with no apologies on her rudeness and how could she not know when apparently she was watching me!
  If that's how customers are treated I shall not return. A guy walked in after me and didn't sign in nor was questioned. Can't pick and choose and if that's how you want to run it have someone by the front of the store!

  I got a paella pan and after the first use the stainless steel went off and it’s completely ruined! When I was buying the lady said no returns/refund so I didn’t even bother saving the receipt and looking at the reviews Im definitely not going back there. I DO NOT recommend!
