  My appointment was 5pm and I arrived 5:14pm I know I was late but cockburn receptionist contacted me around 5:06 so I let her know ill be late she said okay so I'm expecting its gonna be fine. I arrived 5:14pm at the clinic! She refused me to do my treatment cos she said there are 2 customer will have an HOUR SESSION EACH OF THEM!!!!! HOW COME THOSE 2 CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE AN HOUR ACCUMULATED TO THEM and me scheduled for 5pm and refused to do my treatment for 14min. Late???? And my laser treatment will take 3-5min only based on my 2 last session. She told me the 2 customer their pigment in their skin is not easy to remove and will take hours. I found it so unfair, she should've told me in the first place that I won't make it and just rebook than wasted my time travel there rushing. I ended up my time got wasted and have no choice to rebook it. How annoying that she needs to wait for me to arrive just to tell me I won't make it when she could've said it when she called me. So inconsiderate.

  Complete utter disgrace in terms of therapist knowledge, customer service and professionalism. They hire young blonde girls who have no respect for their customers and speak to them as if they are better than them - seriously! Came in for my 3rd laser hair removal appointment and was told I was wearing fake tan which was completely untrue. Was aggressively swabbed with alcohol swabs to try and 'prove' I was lying about the fake tan, to only realise she was wrong and even then didnt apologise for the accusation. Go to a laser clinic with experienced staff who want you to be there, not like this place!

  I had 13 sessions on underarms bikini & legs I have dark hair & fair skin but still have hair on my legs I am going to try a different clinic

  Was very impressed with the knowledge and passion the therapists have. Moira in particular has put me on an easy do-able home plan that has changed my skin. Thank you guys!

  I recently came in to clear skin to recieve laser hair removal on my bikini and under arms area I was really nervous and very shy about the procedure but the wonderfull lady Michelle made me feel really comfortable and was super professional. it was really quick and didn't hurt at all. feeling alot better about my next visit and happy I'm no longer waxing.
